Ryan J. McCarty is a craft artist, focused on presenting humanistic emotions in clay, metal and wood. Ryan views contrast as a prime element in art and enjoys the challenge of transmuting intangible emotions into material pieces. The variety of nontraditional artistic mediums that he uses allows him to combine the rich history of craftsmanship with a modern artistic ingenuity.
